If you are someone who is looking for Tumbleweed Tiny Houses you will see there are a lot of selections you will find on the market and this can make it difficult for some people to actually decide on a house. Let me tell you that these homes will vary in size a lot and you will be able to find them in sizes that range from only 89 square feet and up to eight hundred and thirty seven square feet. The designs are also variable and you can choose from designs that range from classic to ultra modern. Let us thus take a look at the things you will need to keep in mind when you will be out and about for buying such homes. Something else to be aware of is paying attention to your areas zoning laws.

1. Decide what you expect from such a house and the level of comfort you’re after. In general people will go for a house that is dry, comfortable, quiet and will never have any leaks if outside is raining for example. The hygiene in such a home is also mandatory, for you will never want to have a bathroom without a ventilation system. It will make your home not only smell bad, but also be highly unwelcoming. When you want to buy Tumbleweed Tiny Houses you don’t only look for a nice place to sleep in, but you also need some space in order to store your food in. Preparing and cooking that food is also required, so yes, Tumbleweed Tiny Houses must come with a nice kitchen that’s big enough for your cooking needs. Also, do you really want to buy a drier or you think that you can easily have your clothes dried outside in the sun? The sun is definitely the choice with a house of this size. Most of the time people looking to live in a tiny house are also looking to be closer to nature.

2. There are also benefits if you will decide to live small and one of them is the fact you will not have to clean up that much when it gets messy. We all know with having a big home one of the biggest problems is maintaining its cleanliness. With Tumbleweed Tiny Houses this problem is almost completely solved, for in maybe 30 minutes, you will be able to finish cleaning it up very well. No more problems with broken appliances, packs of clothes you don’t actually need, lower energy bills and a more comfortable place to live in. Some Tumbleweed Tiny Houses are also movable, so when you want to move to another place you don’t need to sell your home which is very hard these days, as people’s lives have been severely affected by the economical crisis.

3. When it comes to Tumbleweed Tiny Houses which offer a small living space, they will be more expensive than the larger models as far as square footage is concerned. This is because it takes a lot of effort in order to build them and they also need to be custom built in order to fit the requirements of the requesters (buyers). The compact appliances are also more expensive in some cases and this means the overall costs of a small home will be higher than those of a larger one. Building your own home must also take into consideration the plumbing. As mentioned earlier, because these homes can come also in movable version, you will be able to move wherever and whenever you want. Maybe you want to spend a few months closer to your parents. That’s no problem with these types of homes, as you will only need to tow it and get it to the city where they live in. Problem solved!

4. If you have space problems with the home you just bought it’s necessary that you will review your clothes and other things that are laying around in your home. Take a close look at them and see if you actually need them. Most of the times people have a lot of clothes they won’t ever wear, so selecting the ones you really use is recommended. With the others, just give them away to someone who might need them. It could be you to also have a few TVs, a few PCs, a DVD player and so on. To save up more space you could just buy a laptop. If you want to watch TV, it will be as simple as having a TV tuner installed in your computer and that will be it, this is a great space saver for your small house design.

5. The multi-function furniture is also a good choice for you, if again space is a problem. Maybe for instance, the bed you can buy also has some storage drawers underneath so it would be a good thing to put your clothes there in order to save space, especially if the bed is placed in a loft type setting. This can also apply to tables. Get a table that has some storage space underneath it and this way you will be able to put dishes there or anything else that you find suitable. There are many people who want to buy Tumbleweed Tiny Houses today and this is not only because of the very good price they come at, but because they are highly efficient and will help them save a lot of money in the long run. Having a big house is very hard to maintain and when it comes to the bills like electricity, heating and so on, they will cost hundreds of dollars. No more will you need to put up with the stress of seeing the bills at the end of the month and the amount of money you have to pay.

The Tumbleweed Tiny Houses are an all in one solution that guarantees a comfortable, safe and energy efficient living which is also good for the earth’s environment. Everything you had in your old home will fit into this new one and that is certainly a joy. So you will actually make the change which will go unnoticed. Because you can custom order the Tumbleweed Tiny Houses you can make it look exactly as the home you used to live in or even better, just a miniature version!

Your imagination is the only limit here!

Imagine it taking a fraction of the hours to build a complete home and you have Tumbleweed Tiny Houses. These homes are not for everyone, just those looking for something new, a simpler way of life with less headaches. Not only are the mini structures adorable, they have facilities just like those of a larger home, except they are less taxing on your bank account and the environment. Here are a few reasons why individuals choose to go with tiny houses.

Home Ownership – Thousands of dollars are placed in the hands of the corporations or individuals that owns an apartment or home. Renters pay for the privilege of living in these structures. Invest in your own. Large families may not find being confined to so little square footage enjoyable, but for a single person or a couple, it is the perfect avenue toward home ownership. What one pays in rent per year could be used to buy a home for one.

Guests – That old adage about guests stinking after three days is countered when Tumbleweed Tiny Houses come into play. Design a house that gives guests room to stretch. It helps preserve friendships and guests never have to worry about waking up the homeowners.

Trailer Park It – The House to go means owners can travel from one end of the country to another and never pay for a hotel. This saves money and is much more comfortable than worrying about whether the hotel staff has gone through the unmentionables.

Home Office – Know the exact size of the home office when a tiny house is involved. Instead of trying to figure out what part of a home is a tax write-off, know it exactly. Run a small business that is completely separate from the main house. This also means no barking dogs to worry about or having to yell at children to be quiet. Consider the therapist that sets aside office space within a home. Now imagine it where clients can come through the front door for a session.

Play Time – Use the additional space as a play area. Bring in a television and game console, craft supplies, or nothing at all. Create a mom or man cave or personal playhouse for teens. Take up less space, time, and energy by investing in one of these tiny houses.

For over 12 years Jay Shafer of Tumbleweed Tiny Houses Company lived in a tiny house of less than 100 square feet. He then built a 500 square foot home since he got married and had a child. He now uses his original tiny house as him “man cave.”

In this video Jay is getting ready for an open house for his newest creation of the 120 square foot craftsman style box bungalow. Jay has really learned over the years to create a tiny house with more flexibility since each of us has different needs and wants.

One of the great features of this specific home is the fact that you can choose to have it on a trailer or not.

Jay mentions in the video that for many people who come to his open houses it’s more about the dream of the this type of lifestyle, a lot of people will never buy anything, he compares it to “house porn”, which is one of the funniest things I’ve ever heard, had to pause the video when he pulled this one out just to catch my composure.

The Jay Shafer Tiny Houses are incredibly liberating, it’s more about living a life of simplicity and getting back to necessities. It’s much more about practicality and living a life of less stress.

Thanks for stopping by, feel free to ask any questions or share your experiences, I’d love to interact with our visitors about their personal stories or ideas.

For those who would like to simplify their surroundings and get back to nature by crafting a small retreat in the woods, tumbleweed tiny houses may be the best plan of action for them. These houses range in size from 89 square feet of interior space on up to close to 800 square feet and once the shell is complete, a creative imagination is all that is needed to complete the interior.

Plans and kits for the Tiny Houses, which include price points and additional features that can be added to the initial shell of the home and can be ordered through the website. You can either have the kit delivered to you or for the extra money, they can build your chosen kit in their warehouse and deliver it to you that way. Some folks find it easier to have them already partially built while others enjoy the process of building as the sweat equity gives them more of a sense of accomplishment.

These houses are perfect for single people looking to get back to nature and emulate Henry David Thoreau and for couples looking for weekend retreats and possibly full time living in natural surroundings. There are lots of people who build these right in their back yards to have their own gyms and artist studios. You are only limited by your imagination because tiny houses can be placed over basements to increase their interior square footage, and lofts can be built atop for the same effect. Using that hefty imagination, the possibilities are practically endless.

From weekend retreats to full time living in natural surroundings, these tiny houses are great options for those who are looking to simplify their lives and clear the clutter of material objects. You are only limited by your imagination as to what you decide to do with your newly crafted space. Be the next Henry David Thoreau as you get back to nature and the important things in life.

While it might not be good for the whole family, tumbleweed tiny houses are great for a romantic get away or just for someone who wants to see the world by themselves or even with a spouse. If you’ve ever thought that you’d like a change in scenery, maybe something a little smaller or, even, something that you can take around the country with you, then there’s no better time than right now to open up your life and experience something new. There’s a way to do this while having a roof over your head. Think of it as your own portable home but with wood flooring and smaller than a camper.

Like many other people in America, you’ve probably been concerned about the payments that you make on your house at least once in a while. The cost of living is so high that it’s ridiculous to add onto that with utilities and the price of owning a home. With these tiny homes you will suddenly go from worrying about how you’re supposed to make the house payment this month to having more than enough money to go around. While you may be losing out on a bit of space, all those who are happy with their tumbleweed homes have proven that you don’t need all of those material possessions that you’ve collected over the years. In fact, saying goodbye to some items that you rarely even look at anymore and hello to as low as $100 a year for your entire utility bill is completely worth it.

It’s amazing when you think that you can build your very own home for as little as $15,000. That’s a huge bargain when compared to most homes on the market today! You can either purchase it prebuilt or you can buy the materials and let the tried and true building plans help you through creating your very own home with your own two hands. With these tiny houses you can not only recreate your home but you can also restart your life and it might be just the answer that you’re looking for. Plus, how else do you plan to take your home with you when you go on vacation? Only with tumbleweed tiny houses can you bring your home along.
