Tumbleweed Tiny Houses – Where Creativity And Nature Meet

For those who would like to simplify their surroundings and get back to nature by crafting a small retreat in the woods, tumbleweed tiny houses may be the best plan of action for them. These houses range in size from 89 square feet of interior space on up to close to 800 square feet and once the shell is complete, a creative imagination is all that is needed to complete the interior.

Plans and kits for the Tiny Houses, which include price points and additional features that can be  added to the initial shell of the home and can be ordered through the website. You can either have the kit delivered to you or for the extra money, they can build your chosen kit in their warehouse and deliver it to you that way. Some folks find it easier to have them already partially built while others enjoy the process of building as the sweat equity gives them more of a sense of accomplishment.

These houses are perfect for single people looking to get back to nature and emulate Henry David Thoreau and for couples looking for weekend retreats and possibly full time living in natural surroundings. There are lots of people who build these right in their back yards to have their own gyms and artist studios. You are only limited by your imagination because tiny houses can be placed over basements to increase their interior square footage, and lofts can be built atop for the same effect. Using that hefty imagination, the possibilities are practically endless.

From weekend retreats to full time living in natural surroundings, these tiny houses are great options for those who are looking to simplify their lives and clear the clutter of material objects. You are only limited by your imagination as to what you decide to do with your newly crafted space.  Be the next Henry David Thoreau as you get back to nature and the important things in life.

So excited! I’ve been researching these tiny house designs for the past week or so. A friend of mine told me about them. I’ll be graduating from College this upcoming year and can’t think of a better way to get my feet on the ground with a new job and somewhere stable to live and still be a part of nature.

    Thanks for the post!

You bet Scott! It’s such a smart way to go about things, especially getting right out of College. Have you thought about what type of square footage you are looking at?
